Will guests know it's a bot?
Replies come from your own WhatsApp number in a friendly, natural tone. If a guest asks, PromoterPal tells them it's your assistant. You can jump into any chat yourself whenever you want.
Do I lose my old chats?
No. Your chats stay in your WhatsApp Business app. When you connect, you can also choose to share up to 6 months of past chats so PromoterPal knows your regulars.
Can I switch it off?
Yes, any time. In the WhatsApp Business app, go to Settings, then Account, then Business Platform, and tap Disconnect.
How do I get an access code?
Email privacy@ukwaju.systems and we'll send you one. Each code works once, for one WhatsApp number.
